We kicked off the new year with a busy month, although the numbers don’t reflect the true level of increased activity. It felt a lot like spring this past two weeks, and the unusual January dry spell is mostly to thank. As soon as the sun pooped out, lots of out of town buyers surfaced looking to take advantage of the slow winter sales here and resulting prices.
