The last update I posted on the recent new home sales activity seemed to give a optimistic outlook for new home sales on the coast, and it’s not a hot market by any means some inventory is moving. The one bright spot is that vacant land is starting to move finally, especially in Thompson Falls Estates in Seaside, Oregon.
